Chapter 1 - The Public Humiliation

The glamorous ballroom of the Vance mansion shattered into a chaotic nightmare.
Julian Vance kicked the grand double doors open, his face twisted into a mask of pure, demonic rage.
In his trembling arms, he held his seven-year-old daughter, Lily, who was completely pale and unresponsive.
Her beautiful pink birthday dress was ruined, and her legs were covered in a terrifying, pulsing blue liquid.
Hundreds of high-society guests gasped in unison, their champagne glasses frozen mid-air as the music abruptly stopped.
Before Julian could even speak, his mother, the powerful matriarch Evelyn Vance, stepped forward with eyes full of pure venom.
She pointed a shaking, manicured finger directly at Clara, Julian's young and beautiful wife.
"You did this to her, you wicked, jealous monster!" Evelyn shrieked, her voice echoing off the high marble ceilings.
"You have been secretly abusing and poisoning my granddaughter because she isn't your biological child!"
The entire room erupted into furious whispers, phone cameras flashing instantly as the elite guests feasted on the unfolding scandal.
Clara stumbled backward, her hand flying to her throat as a wave of absolute humiliation crashed over her.
"No! Julian, please, I swear I love Lily! I would never hurt her!" Clara cried out, her tears ruining her flawless makeup.
Blinded by agony and deception, Julian stepped toward his wife, his gaze dripping with cold, murderous hatred.
With a brutal, merciless grip, he grabbed Clara by her slender wrist and aggressively yanked her forward.
He forced her down to her knees right on the cold, hard marble floor in front of everyone.
"Look at what you did to my daughter, you gold-digging trash!" Julian roared, shoving the unresponsive child closer to Clara’s face.
Clara sobbed violently, stripped completely of her dignity as her expensive emerald gown ripped against the floor.
The guests laughed and jeered, mocking the disgraced billionaire’s wife who was now treated worse than a dog.
Evelyn stepped closer and viciously slapped Clara across the face, leaving a burning red mark on her pale skin.
"You will rot in hell for what you did to our family," Evelyn hissed, kicking Clara’s designer purse across the floor.

Julian turned his back on his weeping wife, completely abandoning her to the cruel mockery of the elite crowd.
As he rushed Lily upstairs to the medical wing, he left Clara broken, publicly ruined, and locked in a trap of pure terror.
